- Ghost Whisperer Season 5 will air on CBS at 8pm et/pt on the 25th September 2009.
- The Season will be 5 years into the Future.
- Melinda gives birth to her son (Aiden) via C-section at the start of the season premier.
- Jim/Sam could be a doctor and could be working at Grandviews new Hospital.
- Jennifer Love Hewitt did direct the first episode of the season and will be directing again in the 100th episode. Its not the first time she directed. She directed the 13th episode in season 4 titled Body of Water.
